Earth Bags Australia uses Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia.

Normal delivery time will be 7 working days from placing the order and confirmation of payment.

All Bebak Bags ordered will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer and items will be delivered in accordance with normal postal terms and conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Earth Bags return policy is simple. If the product you purchased is defective simply return it and we will replace it.

Earth Bags would expect that a reasonable period of time to discover any defect would be 30 days and we assume that the product has become defective through no fault of the buyer.

The cost to return the goods will be the responsibility of the buyer and the goods should be returned to the company’s corporate office or any other agreed drop off point. When goods are replaced Earth Bags will bear any new postage costs.
